Parent Testimonials
I’ve been using Tiny Steps as the daycare for my child for over 3.5 years. During these years, I’ve had nothing but magnificent service from Elena and Val. The day care location is welcoming, and after the first week my boy was already running into the teachers’ welcoming arms. The classrooms are tastefully decorated and have a lot of high quality toys and educational supplies. The rooms are kept in excellent condition, and when I arrive I’m given a summary of how my son behaved and what he improved on. In the past, I have been able to conveniently reach Elena by phone if needed. The weekly schedule ensures that my boy is getting the perfect amount of learning and play, along with kids his age who enhance the experience for him. The teachers are kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and I have a complete trust in them when it comes to any situation. I see myself bringing my future second child coming into Tiny Steps, and I highly recommend any parent who wants the best for their child to give them a visit – Victor S.
Our family has had a wonderful experience with Tiny Steps over the past 3+ years. Our oldest son Dylan joined the toddler group at the age of 18 months when we first began. He thrived with the variety of educational activities offered including art, music, yoga, reading and circle time. In lieu of transferring to a private pre-k program, we decided to continue at Tiny Steps until he began Kindergarten because we felt he was being engaged, stimulated, and well-cared for. Dylan’s younger brother Vince started at Tiny Steps immediately with the infant group, and we couldn’t have been happier with the transition. All of the women caregivers have been consistently loving, attentive, and communicative about our sons’ day. From bottle feeding and nap schedules through to potty training, all of the sweet women at Tiny Steps have helped provide a warm and nurturing environment where I trust my children are not only safe, but are loved and playing happily with their little friends. We love Tiny Steps! – Carrie L.
We have had our daughter at Tiny Steps for over two years now, since she was three months old. She has gone through major transition after major transition with the wonderful teachers, and from when she was an infant through now sa a toddler, it had always been a great situation, one that has been very supportive of each phase she’d gone through. As an infant we knew how well she was being looked after, how much they cared about her and were invested in her development. As a toddler, she tells us all the time how much fun she has and how much she loves the teachers. We’ve even had to explain to her at night and on weekends that we can’t take her to Tiny Steps when it’s closed and she asks to go. She has always been very happy at Tiny Steps, and it’s been a great experience for us as well – Michael L.
